Use the microwave to melt the coconut oil.
Combine the melted coconut oil with all of the other ingredients, and stir the mixture to a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into your silicone muffin pan, and allow it to set while in the freezer for 10 minutes. Make sure that you store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will hold for up to 5 days.
